What do I wear?
We do not require guests to adhere to any specific dress code, but it should be noted that shoes are not permitted once aboard. This is for the safety of our guests, crew, and the yacht. We will provide a safe space for storage while you enjoy your experience. Please also bring a jacket, we provide blankets but it can get a little chilly on the water at night!

What time do I need to arrive?
The yacht will depart exactly at your scheduled event time. We ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes before to allow time for boarding and our mandatory safety briefing.
Please note: The yacht will depart at the scheduled time, so we kindly request that you arrive on time to ensure you don't miss the departure as we will not be permitted to wait. Plan ahead for parking and traffic delays, we wouldn't want anyone to miss out on the fun!

Where do I go?
Pickup will be located in Marina Del Rey. Address will be provided in your confirmation email. If you did not receive an email or are having trouble locating the dock, please contact us.

What if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans can change, and we're happy to accommodate cancellations with a full refund of your deposit if we receive notice at least two weeks in advance of the event date. However, please note that if a cancellation is made less than two weeks before the event, a $300 deposit will be forfeited. This policy allows us to manage our resources effectively and ensure that we can provide the best possible experience for our guests, chefs and crew. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Where can I park?
Unfortunately we do not have a designated lot. There are public parking lots nearby, but if you prefer not to walk we recommend a car/rideshare service.

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
We take food allergies very seriously and will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or dietary requirements, and we will work with our chef to create a menu that is suitable for you. While we cannot guarantee that all requests can be accommodated, we will try our best to make sure everyone is able to enjoy the experience to the fullest.

Do we sell alcohol?
No, we do not sell alcohol but we do provide complimentary sake, beer, and wine to accompany your meal. You are also more than welcome to bring your own special bottle with no corkage fee! See below for restrictions.

Am I allowed to bring red wine?
Please note that we kindly request that guests do not bring red wine to the experience. This is to ensure that there are no accidental spills or stains on the yacht's deck and interior, which can be difficult and costly to remove. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation. We will have a selection of white wine, champagne, and other beverages available for your enjoyment, and our crew will be on hand to assist you with any requests you may have.

Is tip included?
Tip is not included in the price of your reservation. Appreciation for our service crew is always welcome! A scannable code will be provided at the end of your meal. Cash is also accepted.

How many seats are available for each experience?
Our yacht accommodates 12 people per seating. There are two tables, one interior and one exterior, that each seat 6. If you do not reserve an entire table you may be seated with other guests of the booking.

Am I allowed to smoke?
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the yacht to ensure the safety of our guests and crew.
